GENERAL
I am an artist who specializes in detailed and stylized semi-realistic illustration of characters in a simple or complex shading. I also like drawing small animals, humanoid creatures, jewelry, armory and weapons.At the present moment, I am still not fully experienced in drawing detailed backgrounds with perspective lines and complex shading. However, the client can request a more detailed background, but this means I’ll likely take more time to finish their commission, as I’ll need more references and work slowly to be able to achieve the result the client needs. And is important to say that these requests will also increase the cost of their commission, depending on the complexity of the background.As for the contents that I DO NOT draw, they are: full nudity, very suggestive poses or any sexual content/NSFW content, mecha designs, real life people, realistic art style, explicit gore and furry art. I am okay with drawing revealing clothing but not to the point where the character is almost naked, and I’m also okay with drawing very minimal gore content.PAYMENTS
I only take full payment in advance before I start you commission. You are free to pay in any currency as VGen will convert your currency automatically.REVISIONS
I will provide regular updates throughout each step of the illustration process to avoid misunderstandings and prevent major revisions that could affect the final price. This approach ensures full transparency and a healthy communication between myself and the client and it also helps me deliver the best possible results.However, if major revisions are requested that require redoing an entire step of the workflow, an additional fee of 50% of the base price for the selected commission will be charged per step that needs to be redone.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Besides making illustrations for a hobby, I also attend college, which ends up taking a big portion of my time depending on the month. College is my priority, so it may take longer to finish your work. On another side, college break periods allow me to dedicate more time to finish you commission.The majority of the illustrations that I make take around 3 weeks to complete when I'm not busy with college activities. That will not be the case during my finals, which usually happens during the 2 final months of a semester. During these times, it can take more than a month, or even up to 3 months for me to finish your commission. I also take one commission at a time, which makes me focus better and finish the commission at a reasonable time, and also helps me avoid burnout.My deadlines are determined depending on each client’s requests. After checking your commission request, I will let you know the specific deadline in which your commission can be done in, or you can also specify your own deadline in the custom inquiry form. I will deliver the final work within this deadline, or I can also deliver it earlier if there's a possibility, unless there is a strict college deadline that I have to prioritise, or if an unavoidable life event happens. In any of these cases, all of it will be communicated to you.Once the commission is done, it will be delivered to you as a high resolution PNG.USE
There will be an increased cost for monetized/commercial licensing (streaming and content creation) of 50% of the base price for the commission chosen. Similarly, merchandise licensing will be charged 70% of the base price for the commission chosen.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
As the author of the artwork, I will be able to use your commission as promotional content, portfolio work for future commissions, as well as in any other way I wish. If the client approves, I can share the WIPs (work in progress) of the commission on social media while i’m still working on it.The client cannot claim the authorship of the commission requested, nor feed the artwork to any generative AI services as well as any other AI/NFT service.REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with my work, if I haven't delivered your commission within 3 months after starting it or if I am unable to finish your commission, 50% of the payment made will be refunded if the service is already in progress when you request it. Otherwise, no refunds are available if the project is already in progress.If I have NOT started your commission yet and you decide to cancel it, a 100% refund will be issued to you upon request. Additionally, if I haven't started your commission within 2 months, the client is entitled to a 100% refund if they wish to request it.COMMUNICATION
The client and me will be communicating via DMs (direct messages) through the client’s choice. I will be giving periodic updates with each step of the project with watermarked, low resolution images, which are sent this way to avoid any suspicious activities.*this policy can be updated or changed at any time.
